No theme is imposed.


HOW TO PARTICIPATE IN THIS EVENT? Registration for the exhibition is done in 2 stages:

1. APPLICATION (OR PRE-REGISTRATION):
- You must send us your application file in digital form no later than February 15, 2025. After this date, no more files will be accepted.
- You fill out the application form below accurately and pay €10 for application fees (non-refundable). To make your process easier, prepare your photos and useful numbers in advance.
- During the month of February, the jury selects around forty applications (depending on the number of courses and gardens available).
- The artists are notified individually in March of the committee's choice.

2. FINAL REGISTRATION:
- If you have been selected, you will have to proceed with the final registration (tab "SELECTED") by paying the missing balance (€50) to pay the registration fees and thus open your right to exhibit during the festival weekend.
-We will then have the pleasure of welcoming you to Vers-Pont du Gard.

IMPORTANT:
- Only duly completed and paid files (Paypal) will be taken into account.
- The selected artist agrees to be present with his/her work throughout the entire weekend of the exhibition.
- By registering, the artist authorizes C&J to photograph or film the works he/she presents. The artist recognizes C&J's full right to use texts and photos in order to promote the event on the C&J website and Facebook page and more broadly with all media, on all supports.
- Artists are free to decide the selling price of their works.
- No percentage will be taken from these sales.

COMPOSITION OF THE 2022 SELECTION JURY:

The 2022 selection jury was made up of 10 members of the CA including:
- Jacqueline STILLMANN, artist, graduate of Kent Institute of Arts and Design (Great Britain)
- Anne Kucharski, artist
- Joëlle TARDIEU, graduate in art history and archaeology (Aix-Marseille University)
- Eva ENGBERG, art lover, president and founder of "Arts Courses & Gardens"
