FRIDAY JULY 5

9:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m. - Welcome and installation of artists at their exhibition venue

1:30 p.m. - Welcome speech by the President at the Cherry Market Square
1:45 p.m. - Buffet offered to artists and their guests by the Cours et Jardins des arts association, on the cherry market square.
2:00 p.m. to 5:00 p.m. - Artists stroll through the exhibition spaces.
5:00 p.m. - Exhibition venues open to the public
9:00 p.m. - Exhibition venues close.

SATURDAY JULY 6

10:00 a.m. - Exhibition venues open to the public
10:00 a.m. - Opening of the refreshment bar, cherry market square
12:00 p.m. - Meals available in the village's bars and restaurants
7:00 p.m. - Opening of the catering (food trucks), cherry market square
9:00 p.m. - Exhibition venues close.
9:30 p.m. - Free concert evening with “Marina's Quartet” (vocals, guitar, saxophone and drums)

SUNDAY JULY 7

10:00 a.m. - Exhibition venues open to the public

10:00 a.m. - Opening of the refreshment bar, cherry market square

12:00 p.m. - Catering available, Cherry Market Square

5:00 p.m. - End of voting for the Public Prize
6:00 p.m. - Exhibition venues close
