The “favorite” prize (€250)

Always offered by a patron residing in the village and who wishes to remain anonymous, it went to the artist of his choice: Alain GODEREAUX

Our honorary artists Hura MIRSHEKARI and Mehdi YARMOHAMMADI, who had been in residence in the village since July 7, were out of competition.
Their performances (Mehdi's monumental work and Hura's performance) were very well received...

Hura, originally from Iran, dedicates her work to women, especially those who suffer, victims of patriarchal traditions, wars, exile. For this performance, a woman, Hura, struggled until her death, trapped in a blood-red fence from which she could not escape: anguish, fears, pain and then panic until exhaustion followed one another for 10 minutes, to the sound of an Iranian song... Feelings of confinement, revolt and helplessness gripped us: strong emotions guaranteed... at the end of this poignant and unforgettable performance. We saw a very great artist.

During this residency, Mehdi created a construction of more than 2 meters in a workshop.
